With each dish crafted to perfection, this role plays a vital part in creating a dining experience that leaves our guests craving for more. 

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Culinary Skills: Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. 
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times. 
  • Time Management: Complete necessary food and station preparations efficiently to ensure prompt service during operating hours. 
  • Communication Skills: Convey information and ideas clearly, and work effectively in high-pressure situations. 
  • Problem-Solving: Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to address kitchen challenges. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. 
  • Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations.
